Bill Belichick's girlfriend Jordon Hudson has been the source of controversy in his career as of late. Now, The New York Times is alleging that she may have gotten in the way of one of his major projects.

According to The New York Times, the former Patriots head coach, 73, told Hudson, 24, to wear "red pants" while attending training camp practices so that Belichick could "more easily spot her in the crowd," a source close to Belichick told the Times on condition of anonymity.

The New York Times did an extensive look at the UNC head coach and his girlfriend, and there's this: "Ms. Hudson has told at least one person that she and Mr. Belichick are engaged to be married."
