New York Mets superstar Juan Soto hit another historic milestone and joined MLB royalty in an exclusive club before the age of 27.

Dominican outfielder Juan Soto has added another major milestone to his impressive Major League Baseball career. On Thursday, the 26-year-old slugger recorded his 1,000th career hit with a single off Spencer Strider of the Atlanta Braves—joining an elite group of just 84 players to reach that mark before turning 27,

Just two accumulated 1,000 hits, 200 homers and 700 walks. New York Giants right fielder Mel Ott was the first. New York Yankees center fielder Mickey Mantle would later join him. Soto is the first with more than 800 walks. (He's earned 830 free passes.)
