The New York Jets held their first training camp practice on Wednesday morning. It marked the first camp session for new starting quarterback Justin Fields. The reports rolled in fast and furious for Fields' meaningful debut in East Rutherford.

Here are three observations from the second day of Jets training camp: This overshadowed the entire practice on Thursday. Quarterback Justin Fields went down with an injury and was carted off the field. Thankfully we can cut right to the chase: Fields is only considered to be "day-to-day." He dislocated a toe.
