GM is using Google's Dialogflow AI chatbot to provide non-emergency OnStar concierge services like navigation and routing.

Google's AI chatbot Bard is similar to OpenAI's ChatGPT. Bard was released at the beginning of 2023 but is still in its experimental stages.
