It's not that difficult to fix problems with mergelist or status files that could not be parsed with the help of some basic troubleshooting steps.
Extract the CydiaFix9.zip, and you'll receive a folder 'lib', and a '.IPA' file. Drag the 'lib' folder, into the iBooks within iFunBox.
