Use hotkeys It's the easiest way to launch and access developer tools in Google Chrome. If you use Chrome on a Windows 10/11 or Linux desktop, press Ctrl + Shift + I to activate the developer tools.

To enable flags in Chrome: Launch Chrome and enter chrome://flags/ in the address bar. Click Enter. In the Available tab, look for the flag you want to enable. Expand its dropdown and choose Enabled.

In order to enable Google Chrome Link Preview, open Chrome and type chrome://flags/ in the address bar, and press Enter. Search for Link Preview to find the flag and enable it.
