A new bug in Windows 11’s 24H2 update causes File Explorer’s “See More” menu to appear off-screen, frustrating users in fullscreen mode.

Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 update for members flighting the Insider Program in the Beta Channel. The new build22635.4870 (KB5050087) adds several new features and improvements.

For now, what you can do is use File Explorer in windowed mode instead of full-screen, resize the File Explorer window to access menu options, and try to use keyboard shortcuts.

Extracting zipped files through File Explorer should be quicker after the latest Insider update to Windows 11.
