Open Microsoft Outlook. Click "File" in the upper left corner of the application window. Select "Import and Export" from the drop-down menu. Click "Import from another program" in the drop-down menu.

For Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google Calendar, you can export/import only through your desktop or laptop. You can't migrate using the apps on a phone or tablet.
