App of the Day ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (WHAT THE TECH?) — Library fans are probably already familiar with “Libby,” a smartphone app that allows you to check out books from your local library.
Libby is the best app on my phone. It connects you with library networks (of which you're a card-carrying member) so you can borrow and read e-books on the Libby app or an e-reader, like Kindle.
