The Marine Corps Recruiting Depot is hosting its 22nd annual Bootcamp Challenge Saturday, Oct. 19, where community members can train like a Marine for the day.

MCRD is hosting its 21st annual Boot Camp challenge that allows the public to participate in a three-mile obstacle course that is endured by USMC recruits.

More than 1200 civilian runners took part in the Boot Camp Challenge held at MCRD on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, in San Diego.

The Boot Camp Challenge is sold out, so those not registered can't go through the obstacle course, but they can still interact with drill instructors and see what it takes to become a U.S. Marine.

The Boot Camp Challenge is this Saturday, September 25, at MCRD. Online registration is closed, but you can sign up on-site Saturday morning.
