Powerball's jackpot climbed on Sunday to $450 million, one of the richest ever offered by the multi-state lottery, after the previous evening's drawing failed to produce any grand prize winners.

A suburban Phoenix woman has quietly claimed the top prize of nearly $120 million in the multi-state Powerball lottery drawn earlier this month, an Arizona lottery official said on Wednesday.
