A combined Russian missile and drone attack on Ukraine overnight killed at least 15 people — including an American citizen — and wounded scores of others, according to Ukrainian officials.

Last night, the Russians launched massive attacks on Odesa, Kharkiv, and their outskirts using more than twenty strike drones. It was the deadliest attack on the Ukrainian capital in almost a year, and came as Moscow has intensified air assaults on the city.
