Indian-origin driver, Harjinder Singh, who is facing three counts of vehicular homicide for making a reckless U-turn at a Florida highway, killing three, was sent back to Sunshine State after fleeing to sanctuary state California.

Indian-origin truck driver Harjinder Singh, accused of killing 3 people in a Florida highway crash, has been brought back to face charges, Lt. Governor of Florida Jay Collins said on Friday. Collins shared a video of Singh where he was seen escorted by the authorities in handcuffs.

Harjinder Singh, an Indian immigrant, faces vehicular homicide charges in Florida after a fatal crash that killed three. Singh, who allegedly entered the U.S. illegally, had obtained commercial driver's licenses from California and Washington.
