Some of the world’s biggest companies pledged tens of billions of dollars to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence in Pennsylvania, the latest splashy investments expected to draw praise from President Trump.

During the summit held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 15, companies promised new data centers, new jobs, cybersecurity education, energy research, and more.

President Trump visited Pittsburgh on Tuesday to praise companies for investing more than $90 billion in data centers and other energy projects in Pennsylvania, aimed at accelerating the development of artificial intelligence.
