The Cavaliers had no trouble with the Miami Heat in the first round. Cleveland swept Miami in the most lopsided series in NBA history, outscoring the Heat by 122 points in four games. The Cavs had seven players average in double figures in scoring in the first-round sweep and averaged 126 points per game against Miami.

The top-seeded Cavs lost their first game of the NBA playoffs to the fourth-seeded Indiana Pacers on Sunday night, 121-112, inside a stunned Rocket Arena. Cleveland no longer has homecourt advantage in this best-of-seven series.

Andrew Nembhard was the leading scorer for Indiana with 23 points, but everyone did their part. Haliburton had 22 points with 13 assists, Myles Turner had three steals and two blocks, and Bennedict Mathurin came off the bench and contributed 11 points on 3-5 shooting from three.
