Great Falls Park & Recreation Department said in a news release on Thursday, August 7, 2025, that community pools will be closing for the season soon.

Another factor in the diversity of Great Falls can be attributed to its long association with the military, as Malmstrom Air Force Base brings people of many races and cultures to the community.
